time

I've been running, full speed, in the race of my own.
There are so many things that I've learned on the way,
some more painful than others.
I'm very thankful though, that I was given the chance.
The best thing I learned in the race so far is
courage to dive into challenges.
Something that I would've never learned if I didn't choose to run
on this road which might seem unnecessary to some people.
Sometimes I feel as though I'm missing out on
many beautiful features that the sides of the road provide.
The time that I could spend with my family and
the snapshots I could take with friends.
Opportunity cost, I believe.
I just pray that this race doesn't fail me at the end. I believe it won't.
